How to Get Speed Fast in Steal An Egg

Updated Oct 15, 2026

Speed decides which zones you can steal from. You raise it in four ways: the one-time free reward, training on the treadmill, the Speed you get each time a pet hatches, and short boosts.

Claim the free 10,000 Speed first: like and favorite the game and join the developer's Roblox group. Then train on the treadmill in front of your base and spend your cash on treadmill upgrades and the best trail you can afford. A trail multiplies the Speed you gain on the treadmill and does nothing while you run around the map, so equip it before you train.

Hatching pets also gives Speed, and further zones give much more: a Forest Chicken gives +420, a Titan Temple Nightflame +6.8M. Short boosts include the Boss Shop's 1.25× Speed and 2× Treadmill boosters from the Rift event.
