Steal An Egg Rift Event Guide
Updated
Since the September 5, 2026 update, a Rift opens somewhere on the map about every 30 minutes and everyone in the server can enter it. Inside waits the Abyss Overlord. Break the crystals around it first, then hit its arms with your bat when they drop. Players can fight it together, and each kill pays 1,200 to 1,500 Boss Tokens.
Spend Boss Tokens in the Boss Shop. A separate Rift Machine in the lobby trades three pets for one Rift Egg, and Rift Eggs are the only way to get Rift pets.

How often do Rifts open in Steal An Egg?
About every 30 minutes, according to the Fandom wiki, AllThings.How, games.gg and Bloxodes. AllThings.How notes the wait sometimes runs past an hour. A server notification appears before the Abyss Overlord spawns.
How do you get Rift pets in Steal An Egg?
Feed the Rift Machine in the lobby the three pets it asks for and it gives you one Rift Egg: Riftborn 45% of the time, Riftbeasts 35% and Shattered Rift 20%. The pets it asks for come from the zones of the active banner, which changes about every 3 hours.
What should I buy in the Boss Shop?
If you are training Speed, the 2× Treadmill booster (200 tokens) doubles treadmill gains for 10 minutes. If you are farming money, take the 2× Cash booster (175). The Mutation Consumable (400) only has a 10% chance to give an egg in your pen the Fractured mutation (×2.75 income), so it is a gamble.
